Hashglow watches your Bitaxe, NerdQAxe, and other AxeOS miners — read-only, no account, from anywhere. If something's not working, here's help, and a real person to email.
Tap the + button and enter your miner's address (for example 192.168.1.50). Give it a name if you like. Hashglow starts reading it right away.
It's the local IP your miner shows on its own screen or in your router's device list — the same address you'd type into a browser to open your miner's web page. Tip: set a DHCP reservation in your router so the address doesn't change.
Press and hold a miner's card and confirm Remove. This only stops Hashglow from watching it — your miner keeps running untouched.
No — never, by design. Hashglow only reads. It cannot change your pool, payout address, clocks, fans, or power. That's the whole point: a bug in the app can't touch your miner.
Remote monitoring is optional. You run a small open-source helper at home that publishes your fleet's readings — end-to-end encrypted — to a relay you choose, and your paired phone reads them. Nobody else, including us, can read that data. If you never set it up, Hashglow simply works on your home Wi-Fi.
Open Themes and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. Premium is a one-time unlock — no subscription, ever.
Any miner running AxeOS-family firmware with the open status page — Bitaxe (Ultra, Supra, Gamma, Max), NerdQAxe+/++, and other ESP-Miner forks.
